HORTA MUSEUM

It became a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Built between 1898 and 1901 in Art Nouveau style by Vicor Horta. Private house of Victor Horta, who gave free rein to its style. To be seen: the central stairs as central axe of the building, the decorative undulating motifs, plans, pictures and models.

    • tuesday-sunday : 14:00-17:30

Comment:

Closed on Monday,1st January, Easter Sunday, 1st May, Ascension day, 21 July, 15 August, 1st & 11 November, 25 December).

Guided tours are available upon request in Dutch, English, French, German and Italian.
Groups by appointment only: no visits on Monday. In the morning, three guided tours per hour, 9 am-12 pm (last departure). In the afternoon, one guided tour for a group of 15 per hour, only during the week.
Guides: € 45,-/h/guide - € 50,-/h/guide on Sunday and after 5.30 pm + childcare: € 25,-/h/on Sunday and after 5.30 pm.
Specialized library accessible on request.

Recognized "World Heritage of Humanity" by Unesco.
