Organised by the Charleroi tourist office and local committees, the Parks Festival will bring neighbourhood fetes back to life and provide a major meeting point for cultural, folklore, sporting and charitable associations.
There will be concerts, shows, games, competitions, exhibitions, sports demonstrations and refreshments.
