What if you invited your neighbours to come over for a drink? We live in a time of contradictions: the Internet means it's sometimes easier to communicate between continents than to say hi to your neighbour. "Neighbours parties" are a simple answer to the loneliness and anonymity we so often see in our cities and anyone can join in. Responding to a deep need, a neighbours party sets the occasion for people to meet one another. Sometimes there's a real spark: conviviality can lead to support between neighbours and small favours can lead to solidarity. The more the merrier!
