OUR LADY PARADE - TRINITY PARADE

The "Jeu du Jardinet" (Little Garden Play) is the key event of the Notre-Dame Parade. It recounts the story of how the statue of The Virgin escaped a fire in the Collegiate Church in the thirteenth Century, how it miraculously turned up on top of a birch tree in a place known as "Le Jardinet" and how it was later found by Count Thierry of Walcourt.
