Every year on 27 September the French-speaking Community of Belgium celebrates its culture with a range of different events. One city will be chosen as the capital of the festival and will function as the centre of the different festivities. These include amongst others a podium for popular folk singers, classic concerts, exhibitions , etc ... But the festival is also held in other towns with theatres and cultural centres of the French Community opening their doors.
