Tae Kwon Do is a hobby for fitness and self defence. As an English speaking club in Brussels, we focus on teaching a technical style of Tae Kwon Do for the whole family providing fitness, self defence and encouraging self-discipline and expertise. Our club members are children from many diverse schools in Brussels and surrounding areas, as well as adults from a variety of professional backgrounds who want to reduce stress, stay fit and learn self defence.
