AUTRIQUE HOUSE (SCHAERBEEK) © François Schuiten The very first striking building by Victor Horta and a major part of Brussels' architectural heritage. It was built in 1893 and represents an essential stage in the evolution of the most important Belgian architect. This building was restored which helps us to better understand the origin of the Art Nouveau.
