A little southern Lorraine village leaning against the side of the hill, TORGNY is protected for the north winds by its border with Ardennes Massif. The mild climate allows that even today vines can be grown. RUETTE cherishes its architecture and its past. Ruette has preserved some nice buildings typical of Lorraine architecture of past centuries. A small village, well off the main roads, WILLANCOURT has become a haven of peace for a lot of people, where they enjoy life. The inhabitants decorate their village with flowers and during the summer season the streets are filled with thousands of colours. A new town, entirely built by the Abbot of Orval and the Count Arnould de Looz in the 13th century, GÉROUVILLE preserves many examples of 17th and 18th century Lorraine architecture.
