QUEEN ASTRID PARK
- Address:

The design of this splendid park with its shady winding paths is variously attributed to J. Duquesnes and the equally celebrated Louis Fuchs. The rolling paths and the apparently natural tree planting give the park a spontaneous air, with a romantic design which preserves the privacy of walkers. More pictorial than architectural, this is a park in the English style, naturalistic and picturesque. There are rare and exotic trees, sculptures including busts of Queen Astrid and François-Joseph Navez, and a very pretty bandstand rebuilt after the First World War in the rustic style.
Open all year round.
