Martine, who is a teacher, only had one wish : to work at the farm with her husband. The wish was fulfilled thanks to the opening of the Ferme Gourmand that allowed her to develop, amongst other things, the main production of the farm : the Blanc Bleu Belge. This culture and breeding farm, located in a typical farm-castle of the 17th century, offers gastronomic menus based on products of the farm, but also of local producers.
