Better known perhaps for its age-old lime tree, the village of Macon has other attractions, most notably, a 17th-century château-farm. It is a château-farm built in 1616 by Nicaise Poschet, a master blacksmith. Macon château-farm is a traditional ensemble dating, according to an inscription on the main elevation of the old dwelling, from 1616. Its ashlar and cut stone buildings line a quadrangular courtyard.
Castle cannot be visited.
