This village is located in a landscape full of soft contours, in the hilly amphitheatre of the Nature Reserve of the Attert Valley, animated by the soft tints of the rough cast façades enhanced by the bleu tints of the slated roofs. Nobressart undeniably possesses a clustered village structure and typical dwellings with architectural influences from Lorraine with façades intensified by coarse hewn doors or small windows through which the haylofts were once stacked.

In accordance with a French initiative, the association "Les Plus Beaux Villages de Wallonie" created in 1994 crowns the most beautiful country sites of Wallonia with its label. Listed buildings and outstanding patrimony (in an intact environment) go hand in hand with the inhabitants' will to share their joy of living there.
