SENTIER ÉCOLOGIQUE

From the trail realised by Jacques Vandewattyne and his pupils, the educational service of the Natural Park of the Pays des Collines has elaborated a new route and marked it with a dozen of educational panels (the present the characteristic of the trees, their favourite environment or the ancestral customs) and adequate signs. During this discovery walk, the walker is invited to recognize the local plants that have been used for centuries. The trail across the forest is somewhat difficult and slippery, so wear appropriate walking shoes!
