CIRCUIT DES ARBRES MYSTÉRIEUX

Climbing the Mont de Maintvault, among trees of hundred year old, is like travelling back in time. Halfway the slope towers an 18th century Calvary. The inhabitants of the village have called it "Moïse", after one of the stone characters. A legends tells that after a complete tour of the statues one can expect an abundant harvest, a husband, or children. Next to its undeniable interesting heritage, this country walk combines quietness and symbiosis with nature. Wear appropriate walking shoes to fully enjoy this walk.
