PROMENADE SIVRY-RANCE

The state forest of Rance is enclosed in a forest area of more than 1000 ha that stretches out to the north and at the west of the village of Rance. Departure close to the welcoming area (barbecue) with car parks, ponds and children's games. The trail mainly goes through forest. You can discover various tree species and blossoming roadsides. First, you take the former railway line 109, future "RAVEL". Then, you return to the departure point by following a part of the charming little brook of the Ry de Fromont.

Access via the N53 Beaumont-Chimay. Follow the sign "Forêt domaniale", car park at the Ry de Fromont that is the departure of the walk.

Three possible distances: 2.8 km: yellow rectangle; 5 km: red triangle; 11,5 km (duration 3h30): blue triangle.
